Self-Talk is that inner voice inside our head that determines how we perceive every situation. A negative view of self or negative self-talk does not serve you – it only splits you!

When you reject yourself with negative self-talk you will experience your own self-fulfilling prophecy where you believe you are not able or cannot achieve your dreams or goals. You then create this part of you that you’re rejecting, and it can even affect your health and well-being.

How do you overcome negative self-talk ?

Keep your focus on the positive aspects that you love. There’s only one powerful you! Embrace and unify yourself with self-love. A positive visual image of your self helps you maintain a connection that will help soften the negative self-talk. When you see yourself in a positive light, you learn to love all aspects of you-no matter what! We all benefit from the “One” you… not the multiple aspects of you, you’ve rejected. Now, go love yourself!
